Introduction

The PROXY PCI by PaynoPain makes it easy to capture and transmit payment card data that is subject to PCI compliance.

info

With the new European PSD2 regulations it is more important than ever that your software and applications do not store card data directly but delegate it to a PCI-compliant partner such as PaynoPain.

The PROXY PCI serves the following purpose:

  • Act as proxy between your backend and a third party application such as a booking engine or channel manager. The PROXY PCI will store the PCI card data for you in a secure PCI-compliant vaulting system and assign this data an alias which is then forwarded to you and keeping all other data as it is. This masked card data can then also be forwarded to another backend software as a Payment Gateway, Bank, etc. All this can be achieved using Channels.
  • Enable you to capture card data directly on the client side by using secure iframes so that the data is directly captured on the PCI PROXY servers. This can be easily integrated using the javascript library.
  • Become a tool for displaying the card data to one of your companies employees by using a display token and the PCI PROXY web interface.
  • Allow you to use the captured data to authorize/verify the card data or even process a payment with the inbuilt payment processing gateway Paylands.
